Description: The existing fire and smoke alarm system in the Clinical Center was installed during the original construction in 1976 and is past its expected useful life. False alarms in the building are increasing and creating operational challenges.
The planning of this project is anticipated to include a new fire alarm and smoke detection system for the Clinical Center, which includes the A, B and C wings.
The Clinical Center is located on Service Road in the South Academic District.
